Licensed Real Estate Broker, Owner

Steve is a Sidney High School graduate and U.S. Army combat veteran who served on the front lines during the Gulf War. After his military service, he spent 26 years as an aviation technician, including 20 years in Europe—primarily in Italy—servicing commercial and military aircraft, with U.S. experience at Boeing and Gulfstream. After returning home to Sidney, Steve followed in his father John’s footsteps, who founded Beagle Properties in 1979 and sold the business to Leif Anderson in 2007. Steve earned his real estate and broker’s licenses and, in 2026, proudly purchased Beagle Properties back into the Beagle family. He now serves as Broker and Supervising Broker, continuing the company’s long-standing commitment to the community. Steve is married to Anissa Riggs Beagle, longtime owner of Sunny’s Family Restaurant, and looks forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals with experience, integrity, and local insight.
